  • 4 cups Cooked Rice Or quinoa for a low-carb option
  • 1 slice Lemon For garnish

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it shimmers.
  2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves to the hot oil and sauté for about 1 minute until golden.
  3. Add 1 pound of peeled, deveined shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Incorporate 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms and 2 chopped green onions and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of chicken broth, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
