- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the chicken breasts until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, cooking until smooth.
