Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with non-stick spray and a light dusting of flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until completely smooth.
  4. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  5. Gently fold the mashed banana into the creamed mixture then gradually add the dry ingredients.
  6. Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with the streusel mixture.
  8. Bake for approximately 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
