- Step 1: Sprinkle the powdered gelatine over the whole milk in a small saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Gently heat the mixture over low-medium heat, stirring until the gelatine dissolves, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in caster sugar and cream, then add vanilla extract and passionfruit pulp until well combined.
- Step 4: Lightly grease ramekins and pour the mixture in, fill about three-quarters full, then cool slightly before refrigerating.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Step 6: For syrup, combine white sugar, water, and passionfruit pulp in a saucepan, cook until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 7: Unmold panna cotta onto plates and drizzle with warm passionfruit syrup before serving.
