  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas or fresh
  • 1 cup Beef Broth low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or vegetable oil
  • as needed Fresh Parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  2. Increase heat and add ground beef. Cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it into small pieces and draining excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in garbanzo beans, frozen peas, and beef broth. Mix thoroughly and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with parsley before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
