Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Skull Mold by lightly spritzing it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Microwave the mozzarella cheese pearls in 10-15 second intervals until soft, about 3-4 rounds.
  3. Mold the mozzarella into the skull shape by filling the greased skull mold firmly.
  4. Refrigerate the mold for 15-30 minutes to allow the mozzarella to set.
  5. Assemble the salad by cutting grape tomatoes in half and arranging them on a serving platter.
  6. Add the mozzarella skulls on top of the tomatoes creatively.
  7. Dress the salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
