- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend the nonfat Greek yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder together until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the cooked shredded chicken and half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Lightly grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
