Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 400-450°F (200-230°C).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, grated onion, fresh parsley, cayenne pepper, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and mold around the skewers.
  5. Refrigerate the shaped skewers for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
  6. grill the skewers on the preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  7. Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy with garlic sauce and fresh lemon juice.
