- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and keep covered with a damp towel. Layer seven sheets in the greased dish, brushing with melted butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spread the semolina filling over the phyllo base. Top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with butter. Score lightly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. The aroma of honey and spices will fill your kitchen.
