  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and rice vinegar until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
  4. Broil the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
