  • 4 pods Cardamom Pods Crushed or use ground cardamom

  • 1 cup Steamed Milk Whole, almond, or oat milk
  • to taste Sweetener (Honey or Sugar) Adjust according to preference

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of quality filtered water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of dried rose petals and 4 crushed cardamom pods, then steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof container.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk until steaming but not boiling. Froth if desired.
  5. Combine the strained infusion with the steamed milk in a mug and sweeten to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy with a sprinkle of rose petals or ground cardamom on top.
