Lemonade Preparation
- In a large pitcher, mix 4 cups of water with 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and ¾ cup of sugar. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Slice and pit 4 to 5 ripe peaches, reserving some slices for garnish.
- Blend the sliced peaches with 1 cup of the lemonade base and a handful of fresh mint leaves until smooth.
- Strain the blended peach mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding solids for a smoother drink.
- Add the peach puree to the remaining lemonade in the pitcher and stir well to combine.
- Serve in tall glasses filled with ice, garnishing with mint leaves and peach slices.
