Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by peeling and chopping your ripe mangoes into manageable chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if necessary.
  4. If desired, stir in chopped mint or coconut flakes before pouring the mixture into molds.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ of the way full.
  6. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, run warm water over the molds to help release the popsicles. Serve immediately.
