- Preheat your oven to 500ºF to ensure a crispy crust. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while heating for 40-45 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of olive oil with 3 grated cloves of garlic to make garlic oil.
- Shred your cheeses: 1 cup of mozzarella, 2/3 cup of provolone, and 1/3 cup of parmesan; combine in a bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough into an 11-12 inch circle on a floured surface.
- Brush the rolled dough with garlic oil, sprinkle red pepper flakes, then add the cheese blend and dollops of ricotta.
