- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of kosher salt until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup of room-temperature unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar for about 3 to 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
