- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or a thin layer of oil.
- In a blender, combine your overripe bananas, creamy cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt to the blender. Pulse just until combined.
- Carefully fold in your chocolate chips by hand.
- Pour the smooth batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
