Prepare the Pie Crust
- Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. If homemade, bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
Mix the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups pudding mix, and 2 cups milk. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Fold in the Whipped Cream
- Gently fold in 2 cups whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a rubber spatula.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Crumble
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup peanut butter with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until clumpy.
Assemble the Pie
- Layer half the peanut butter crumble in the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Pour the peanut butter filling over the crumble and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
Chill the Pie
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with Whipped Cream
- Remove pie from the refrigerator, add a layer of whipped cream on top, and serve garnished with crushed peanuts if desired.
