Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by crushing Oreo cookies or chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and blend with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt 4 ounces of dark chocolate and allow to cool. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in melted chocolate, then spread over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt 4 ounces of milk chocolate and fold into whipped cream again. Spoon over the dark chocolate layer and chill for another 30 minutes.
  4. Melt 4 ounces of white chocolate, fold into whipped cream, and spread over the milk chocolate mousse. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.
  5. Release the springform pan, cut with a warm knife, and garnish before serving.
