Method
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.

- Remove the bowl from the heat and let the chocolate cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the melted chocolate until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
