Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the dried oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour in white wine, allowing it to simmer and reduce by half for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
  5. Gently fold in lobster meat and shrimp, letting them heat through for about 3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Butter the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking. Get the lasagna noodles ready.
  8. Begin layering with three sheets of lasagna noodles, followed by seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  9. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, finish with chopped parsley.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
