- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the dried oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in white wine, allowing it to simmer and reduce by half for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Gently fold in lobster meat and shrimp, letting them heat through for about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking. Get the lasagna noodles ready.
- Begin layering with three sheets of lasagna noodles, followed by seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, finish with chopped parsley.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
