  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Ice cubes as needed

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, spinach leaves, banana, coconut water, lime juice, and honey if using.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
