Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until the seeds are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the seeds are golden brown and crunchy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
