Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and tomato ketchup. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust Sriracha to taste. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, red chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, and soy sauce. Add egg and mix until shrimp are coated. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornflour, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Dredge marinated shrimp in the flour mixture, ensuring a thorough coating.
  6. Fry coated shrimp in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack.
  7. In a bowl, drizzle sauce over fried shrimp and toss gently to coat.
