Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. On a warmed tortilla, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto one side and roll tightly.
  5. Position the rolled taquitos seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Lightly brush the tops of the taquitos with cooking oil or spray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy, optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
