Preparation Steps
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, drain, and mash until smooth.
- Blend coconut with cilantro to make chutney; add salt and chili for spice.
- Flatten a handful of mashed potato, add chutney and cheese, and form into balls.
- Roll balls in breadcrumbs, heat oil to 350°F (175°C), and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with mint raita or mango chutney.
