Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (or 425°F for extra crispiness).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Rinse the raw large shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Toss the dried shrimp in olive oil until well-coated.
  6. Dredge each shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp turn pink and coating is crispy and golden.
  9. Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
