Preparation Steps
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Place them in a mixing bowl and sprinkle in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure every piece is evenly coated.
- Next, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken cooks, grab the whole wheat tortillas. Layer fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella, and air-fried chicken strips on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray. Place the wraps in the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
