For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Substitute with turkey or tofu for a variation.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used for bolder flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Cajun seasoning can be used for a spicy twist.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust to preference.
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked black pepper is ideal.
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas Corn tortillas can be used for gluten-free option.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or dairy-free cheese.
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves Kale or arugula can be used as substitutes.
For Serving
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing Optional; salsa verde or guacamole can also be used.

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Place them in a mixing bowl and sprinkle in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure every piece is evenly coated.
  2. Next, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, grab the whole wheat tortillas. Layer fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella, and air-fried chicken strips on each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray. Place the wraps in the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
