  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can substitute with almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice can substitute with cinnamon
For Decoration
  • 12 Green Candy or Pretzel Sticks for pumpkin stems

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the tip, sealing edges.
  5. Pinch the dough in the center of each roll to create a pumpkin shape.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes on a wire rack.
  8. Insert green candy or pretzel sticks into the tops as stems.
  9. Serve on a festive platter and enjoy!
