Ingredients
  

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers any color
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer 2 ounces of sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese, followed by 2 ounces of sliced cheddar cheese.
  4. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a few slices of bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat steps 2-5 for the remaining tortillas.
  6. Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
