- Add softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in diced fresh strawberries, mashing a few for extra flavor.
- Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or container, layering extra strawberries on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats and adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.
- Garnish with crushed graham crackers, sliced almonds, or whipped cream as desired.
