Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by spraying the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared crockpot and spread evenly. Set to low and cook for 2½ to 3 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the dip and cover.
  5. Uncover when done and garnish with crumbled blue cheese and sliced scallions. Serve with chips, veggies, or bread.
