Method
- In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, sliced banana, and spinach.
- Pour in the almond milk and add the almond butter. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
- Add chia seeds if using, and blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend again briefly if you add anything.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
