Method
- Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a large glass or pitcher, combine the coconut water, cooled hibiscus tea, honey or agave syrup, and fresh lime juice. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut hibiscus mixture over the ice in each glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
