  • 1 cup hibiscus tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a large glass or pitcher, combine the coconut water, cooled hibiscus tea, honey or agave syrup, and fresh lime juice. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the coconut hibiscus mixture over the ice in each glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
