Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. You may find it easier to use your hands to fully incorporate everything.
  3. Once the mixture is uniform, use a tablespoon to scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  6. After chilling, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
