  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for optimal baking.
  2. Cook dry macaroni in salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
