Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink.
  3. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
