  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Method

  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
  6. Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
