Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim off the stems, and slice each sprout in half from top to bottom.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with olive oil and blend until smooth.
  4. Press the halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down into the cheesy mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Drizzle additional olive oil over the sprouts and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the top just before serving.
