- Preheat your oven to its lowest setting, around 170°F (75°C).
- In a blender, combine 1.5 cups of peeled peaches and 1.5 cups of blueberries. Blend until smooth, adding honey if desired.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the fruit puree onto it and spread evenly to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dry for 6 to 8 hours, checking every 1 to 2 hours until the surface is dry.
- Once dry, remove from the oven and cool completely. Gently peel the roll-ups from the parchment and cut into strips.
