Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add 3 to 4 minced garlic cloves, stirring for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Place thawed cod fillets in the baking dish, drizzle half of the garlic butter over them, and season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. After baking, drizzle remaining garlic butter over the cod and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
