- Begin by peeling, coring, and dicing your apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp) into ½ inch pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the fritters at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
