  3. Transfer the shaped dough to the skillet and press the edges to adhere to the sides.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border, then layer with mozzarella cheese and basil.
  5. Cook in the skillet for about 5 minutes until the crust is golden and bubbling.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the broiler for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly blistered.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and slice into wedges before serving.
