Description
A refreshing and hydrating elixir made with strawberries and cucumber, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries and cucumber.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
- Pour in the water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- If desired, add honey to sweeten the elixir and stir until dissolved.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnishing with additional mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
- Add a splash of lime or lemon juice for an extra citrusy kick.
