A delicious recipe for perfectly glazed salmon topped with a sweet and tangy mustard honey sauce.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the mustard honey sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mustard honey sauce.
- Serve the salmon over a bed of steamed vegetables or quinoa for a complete meal.
