Scale
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea or 4 tea bags
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
- 1/2 cup cherry juice (preferably unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the loose Earl Grey tea or tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes for a strong flavor.
- Strain the tea into a large pitcher to remove the tea leaves or bags.
- Stir in the cherry juice and honey or sugar while the tea is still warm, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Once chilled, pour the tea mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes if desired.
- Top each glass with milk, stirring gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cherries if using, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Experiment with different fruit juices, such as raspberry or pomegranate, for a unique twist on the flavor.
