  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
