- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the filled bombs on a greased baking sheet.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding diced green onions or chopped celery to the chicken mixture.
- Serve these bombs with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of buffalo sauce or add a dash of cayenne pepper to the filling.
