A delicious and sweet salad combining apples, Snickers candy bars, and a creamy caramel dressing.
Ingredients

- 3 medium apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
- 1 cup Snickers candy bars, chopped (about 4–5 bars)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apples evenly to prevent browning.
- Add the chopped Snickers bars, mini marshmallows, and chopped peanuts (if using) to the bowl with the apples.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping and caramel sauce until well combined.
- Pour the whipped topping mixture over the apple and candy mixture. Gently fold everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a healthier twist, substitute the Snickers with dark chocolate chips and use Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor, or mix in some dried cranberries for a tart contrast.
