Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, tahini, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add rolled oats, pomegranate seeds, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, use your hands to form the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the bites for an additional 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
