Patriotic Berry Marshmallow Kabobs are a must-try treat for any festive occasion, combining fresh berries and marshmallows on skewers.

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups marshmallows (regular or mini)
- 12 wooden skewers (6-inch)
- Optional: 1 cup white chocolate chips for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by hulling and halving them. Rinse the blueberries and set aside.
- Take a wooden skewer and thread one strawberry half onto the skewer, followed by a marshmallow, then a blueberry. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at the end for handling. Aim for about 3 strawberries, 3 marshmallows, and 3 blueberries per skewer.
- If using white chocolate, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the assembled kabobs for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.
- Place the kabobs on a serving platter and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the chocolate to set and the kabobs to chill.
Notes
- For a fun twist, substitute the strawberries with raspberries or add banana slices for extra flavor.
- To make these kabobs more festive, use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut the marshmallows or fruits into fun shapes.
